Can I return a Lovense toy?

No. Because these are intimate products, all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges, opened or unopened. If your toy arrives damaged, is defective (for example, it won't power on or charge, or stops working under normal use), isn't what you ordered or is missing parts, message us within 14 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp. You choose a replacement or a full refund, and if we need the item back, we send a prepaid label.
