Sex machines have always had a size problem. The good ones are heavy, plug into the wall and need a spot in the room. Lovense's own plug-in Sex Machine weighs 3.2 kg. The Spinel shrinks the idea into a 590 g rechargeable unit you can hold in one hand.
Portable thrusting machine: up to 1,450 thrusts/min, heated dildo, suction mount, swappable heads.
It's modular. The main body drives the motion, and you choose what goes on top: a straight silicone dildo that thrusts, vibrates and warms to 39.5–42.9 °C, or a curved dildo shaped for the G-spot that thrusts only. A silicone clitoral base can be added for external contact. You can hold the Spinel directly, add the handle for reach, or fix it to the included suction-cup stand, which tilts up to 150 degrees on smooth tile, glass or laminate.
Speed is the headline. Lovense rates the thrusting at 395 to 1,450 strokes per minute with a 1.2 cm stroke, and Turbo Mode on the straight dildo unlocks the top of that range. Kate Sloan of Girly Juice tested it and called it strong, fast and surprisingly quiet for a thrusting toy. Her main criticism is the flip side: there's no truly slow setting, so it suits people who already know they like quick, intense movement.
Through the Lovense Remote app you can build patterns or hand control to a partner anywhere. It's tip-activated for cam creators too. Practical details: USB-C charging takes about 160 minutes, battery life is up to 257 minutes (about 133 on the highest setting), and the unit is IPX6 — shower-safe with its silicone seal fitted, but not for soaking. Lovense says the attachments are body-safe silicone and none of its products contain phthalates. It carries a one-year manufacturer warranty, handled through Red Pleasures.
One firm rule: Lovense says the Spinel is for vaginal use only. Use water-based lube. As with all intimate products, it can't be returned for change of mind. But if it arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, tell us within 14 days and you choose a replacement or a full refund.
