Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of redpleasures.ca (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Chhokra Inc., operating as Red Pleasures, an Ontario corporation based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (GST/HST No. 786481226 RT0001). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can shop here

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province, territory, or state, if higher) to use this Site or purchase from it. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. See our Age Requirement page.

2. Products and information

Our products are intended for adult personal use only, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Content on this Site — including guides and blog articles — is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition or concern, talk to a healthcare provider.

We work hard to describe products accurately. Occasionally a manufacturer changes packaging, colour, or minor specifications; where a difference is material, contact us before or after ordering and we'll make it right.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors on the Site at any time; if an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where a pricing error occurred; in any such case you will be refunded in full. Once an order ships, our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy apply and form part of these Terms.

5. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (especially your shipping address) and for keeping any account credentials confidential. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this Site — text, product write-ups, guides, images we created, and branding — belongs to Chhokra Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Warranties and consumer rights

Product warranties are described on our Warranty & Product Care page. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any condition, warranty, or right that applies to you under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the Sale of Goods Act, or any other consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Where the law allows liability to be limited, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

To be clear: we do not exclude liability for anything that the law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together informally will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless a consumer protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. 9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we protect it.

10. If part of these Terms doesn't hold up

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will flag material changes with an updated effective date at the top of this page.
