We ship quickly and discreetly across Canada from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario. Every order is packaged in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents to protect your privacy – billing shows "Chhokra Inc" or similar neutral descriptor. This follows standard practices for adult retailers in Canada.

  • Domestic: All Canadian provinces and territories (including remote areas via standard carriers).

  • International: Limited availability – contact hello@redpleasures.ca for quotes. You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted areas where carriers require street addresses. No shipments to prohibited destinations per carrier rules.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days (Mon-Fri) are typically processed and shipped same day.

  • Weekends/holidays: Processed next business day.

  • High-volume periods (e.g., holidays) may add 1-2 days.

We partner with reliable carriers like Canada Post and Purolator (exact method based on location/weight). Rates calculated at checkout.

5. Delivery & Tracking

6. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items

  • Damaged: We'll replace or credit per Returns Policy (carrier claim if needed).

  • Lost: If not delivered within estimated time + 5 days, we'll reship or refund (with tracking proof).

  • Duties/Taxes: Paid by you; we declare accurate value/contents ("personal items").

  • Delays/Seizures: Your responsibility; we do not insure against customs issues.

8. Changes & Cancellations
