Our commitment
Chhokra Inc., operating as Red Pleasures, is committed to making redpleasures.ca usable by people with disabilities, guided by the Ontario Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What's in place today
- Resizable text and a responsive layout that works across screen sizes.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation for core shopping paths.
- Semantic page structure provided by our Shopify theme.
Known limitations
We are a small team and our site is a work in progress. Current known gaps include missing alternative text on some older images, limited control over third-party checkout and payment forms, and possible keyboard-focus issues in some interactive elements. We review accessibility as part of our ongoing site maintenance and fix issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
