Body-safe by design — not by claim.
The AERO's outer case is built from rigid ABS, PC and POM plastics; the sleeve you actually touch is a soft thermoplastic elastomer, with a silicone sealing ring. This elastomer is body-safe but porous, which means it can't be fully sterilised — wash it after every single use and let it dry completely on the stand before it goes back in the case. Use water-based lubricant only; oils and silicone lubricants damage the material. Replace the sleeve if it tears or if mould ever appears.
How to use, clean, and store
The first-5-minutes card in your box has the short version. This is the extended guide.
- Twist off the base cap and set it aside — you'll need it later as the drying stand.
- Turn the AERO Dial down to its lightest setting to begin.
- Tear open the included lotion sachet and apply it generously inside the opening and to yourself. Water-based lubricant only.
- Insert. The soft elastomer seals as you go, which is what lets the chamber build its vacuum.
- Turn the AERO Dial as you go. Ten settings take you from a gentle draw to firm, tight suction — you can change it mid-session.
- Move the case with your hand rather than forcing depth; the pressure inside shifts as you stroke.
- Add more lubricant any time the glide starts to drag.
- When you're done, take it straight to the sink — the sleeve is easiest to clean before anything dries.
- Twist off the base cap and slide the elastomer sleeve out of the hard outer case.
- Rinse the sleeve under running cold or lukewarm water. Never use water above 50°C — heat damages the material.
- Wash with a neutral or mild soap, working it through the textured interior.
- Do not turn the sleeve inside out. Let water run through the opening instead; inverting it damages the elastomer.
- Avoid strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners, alcohol and solvents.
- Rinse until every trace of soap is gone.
- Pat the sleeve dry with a clean, lint-free towel.
- Stand the base cap upside down and sit the sleeve on it, opening downward, so air can move through the centre. Leave it several hours in a clean, dust-free place, out of direct sun and away from radiators.
- Wipe the outer case and dial with a damp cloth and dry them.
- Only put the sleeve back in the case once it's dry all the way through. Wash after every single use — the elastomer is porous and can't be fully sterilised, so drying it properly is what keeps it fresh.
- Check the sleeve is completely dry, inside and out, before anything goes away. Damp storage is what ruins these.
- Slide the dry sleeve back into the outer case and refit the base cap.
- If the sleeve is still even slightly damp, leave it on the inverted cap for longer rather than closing it up.
- Keep it in its case so dust and lint stay off the elastomer.
- Store somewhere cool, dark and dry — away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
- Don't store it compressed, folded or turned inside out.
- Give it a quick look before the next session. If the sleeve is torn or shows any mould, stop using it and replace it.
Every purchase helps women impacted by sexual exploitation.
Pleasure With Purpose is our promise that pleasure should never come at anyone's expense. Launched in 2026 — our very first year in business — it directs 5% of every purchase to Canadian charities that support women impacted by sexual exploitation. We chose to start on day one, rather than "once we could afford it," because a brand built on consensual pleasure owes something to the women the wider industry has harmed. Every year we'll publish the numbers, the recipients, and the receipts.
