Womanizer's Premium 2 sits at the top of the range, and the honest way to describe it is the Classic 2 with two features added and sixty-five dollars on the price.

The first is Smart Silence. The motor does not run until the toy is almost touching your skin — Womanizer's own manual puts it plainly: PREMIUM only turns on when it's almost touching your skin. In practice that means it is silent on the bedside table and silent on the way to where you want it, which matters more in a shared house than a spec sheet suggests.
The second is Autopilot, which varies the intensity for you instead of asking you to drive. Reviewers are split on it. Negesti Kaudo at BuzzFeed ranked the Premium 2 third out of ten air-pulse toys she tested and still complained that she kept pressing the Autopilot button when she wanted the intensity buttons. Others find the ramp too gradual to notice. We would not buy this toy for Autopilot alone.
Underneath both is the same Pleasure Air engine, with fourteen intensity levels rather than the Classic 2's ten and a lowest setting that is noticeably gentler. Womanizer's manual states IPX7 — genuinely submersible, not merely splashproof — along with 240 minutes of runtime from a 120-minute charge, the longest battery in the air-pulse range. Two stimulation heads in S and M come in the box, and reviewers consistently report the difference between them is real rather than cosmetic.
There is one criticism in every review of this toy, and it is the price. Elia Winters, who has tested more of these than almost anyone writing publicly, put it as plainly as anyone: the Premium 2 is not cheap, and while she thinks it is worth it, it is a significant investment. That is the honest frame. If you want the technology and not the extras, the Classic 2 delivers the same air-pulse for sixty-five dollars less. What the difference buys is Smart Silence, Autopilot, four more intensity levels, an extra hour of runtime and a gentler floor.
