Anal-safe lubricants

Anal lube is built differently: thicker, more cushioning, and longer-lasting, because the body doesn't produce its own lubrication there. This collection keeps it simple with three water-based formulas made specifically for the job — Sliquid Sassy, a thick glycerin-free gel, and Pjur's Back Door and Analyse Me, both cushioned with hyaluronan for lasting glide. All three are safe with every toy material including silicone, and condom-compatible (check each label). None contain numbing agents — comfort should come from enough lube and an unhurried pace, not from switching off sensation. Every order ships Canada-wide in plain, discreet packaging.

How to choose

The things that actually matter when you're choosing — plain language, no spec-sheet jargon.

Why thickness matters. A thin lube runs off exactly where you need it to stay. Anal formulas are gel-like on purpose: the extra body cushions, keeps the lube in place, and stretches the time between reapplications. Sliquid Sassy is the thickest of our three; the Pjur pair are slightly lighter but longer-lasting.

Water-based, on purpose. Everything here is water-based, which means safe with silicone toys — most plugs and anal toys are silicone — and easy to rinse away. Silicone lube lasts longer but rules out silicone toys, so for anal play a thick water-based gel is the more versatile pick.

What's inside. Sliquid Sassy is glycerin- and paraben-free. Pjur Back Door and Analyse Me both use hyaluronan — the same moisture-binding molecule used in skincare — to hold glide longer than a plain water-based formula.

Skip anything numbing. Numbing lubes mask the feedback your body uses to tell you to slow down or add more lube. We don't stock them. Comfort comes from quantity, patience, and relaxation — not anesthetic.

Reapply freely. Water-based lube absorbs over time. Topping up is normal and encouraged, and a few drops of water revive lube that's gone tacky.

Questions, answered

The questions we get most often — answered straight, with real numbers where they help.

Body-Safe

Can I use coconut oil or Vaseline as anal lube?

We don't recommend it. Oils and petroleum jelly degrade latex condoms, cling to toy surfaces, stain fabric, and are hard for the body to clear afterwards. A thick, purpose-made water-based gel does the same cushioning job, stays put just as well, and rinses away cleanly.

Body-Safe

What makes a lube anal-safe?

Three things: a thicker, gel-like texture that cushions and stays where you put it; longer-lasting glide, since the body doesn't produce its own lubrication there; and a clean ingredient list with nothing numbing. Everything in this collection meets all three.

Usage

Can I use these lubes with silicone toys?

Yes. Every formula in this collection is water-based, which makes them safe with all toy materials including silicone. That's a real advantage over silicone anal lubes, which last longer but shouldn't touch silicone toys.

Body-Safe

Should I use a numbing lube for first-time anal play?

No — and we deliberately don't stock them. Discomfort is your body's feedback, and numbing it away removes the signal to slow down or add more lube. A comfortable first experience comes from an unhurried pace, plenty of thick lube, and stopping whenever you want to.

Usage

How much anal lube should I use, and how often?

More than you think, and reapply freely. Water-based formulas absorb over time, so topping up mid-session is normal — a few drops of water can also revive lube that's gone tacky. If you find yourself reapplying constantly, switch to a thicker gel like Sliquid Sassy.

Yes. Every order ships Canada-wide in a plain, unbranded box — no logo, no brand name, and no description of the contents anywhere on the outside. Your bank or credit card statement shows the charge as SP RP Chhokra Inc., so "Red Pleasures" never appears there either.
