  1. 1. Turn the Max 2 off before changing sleeves.
  2. 2. Rinse the new sleeve with warm water and let it dry.
  3. 3. Twist the cap off the Max 2 and slide the old sleeve out.
  4. 4. Slide the new sleeve into the shell and refit the cap.
  5. 5. Apply plenty of water-based lube inside the sleeve and at the opening.
  6. 6. Reapply lube as needed — TPE absorbs it during longer sessions.
Important: TPE is not silicone: don't boil it, don't use soap inside it, and don't use oil- or silicone-based lube, or the sleeve can degrade and turn tacky.
