Shipping policy

Every order from Red Pleasures ships from Ottawa, Ontario in plain, discreet packaging. Here is exactly what shipping costs and how it works — no tiers, no surprises.

Rates

  • Orders under $150 CAD: flat $14.99 CAD — Insured Shipping, anywhere we ship.
  • Orders of $150 CAD or more (before taxes): FREE Insured Shipping.

That's the entire rate card. The price you see at checkout is the price — there are no regional surcharges.

Where we ship

We ship across Canada and to all 50 US states. For US orders, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Speed

  • Orders are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.
  • Typical delivery is 2–7 business days within Canada, depending on your region. US delivery times vary by destination. Either way, you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Discreet packaging

Your order arrives in a plain, unbranded box or mailer. The sender name on the label is neutral and does not mention Red Pleasures or anything about the contents. Your card statement shows a neutral descriptor as well. Full details: Discreet Packaging & Privacy.

Insurance and problems in transit

Every shipment is insured. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email hello@redpleasures.ca within 48 hours with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we will sort it out with the carrier — you won't be left chasing an insurance claim on your own.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after the carrier has the package. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address can be re-shipped at cost.
